At Forever Blueshirts, we produce each product on demand, which means we don’t carry inventory for returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or misprinted. Below is our policy to ensure a smooth process:
Returns and Exchanges
Since all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or design. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
If your product arrives damaged or has a printing defect, we will happily provide a replacement or issue a refund. To process this, email us at Info@foreverblueshirts.com with the subject line “Issue with Order: [Order Number]” and include:
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
- Your order confirmation or receipt
Requests for replacements or refunds must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order if it hasn’t gone into production yet. Please email us at Info@foreverblueshirts.com with the subject “Order Cancellation: [Order Number]” and attach your payment and order confirmations. If production hasn’t started, we’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Delivery Issues
Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
If your order can’t be delivered due to an incorrect address or if it wasn’t collected, the package will be returned to us. We’ll contact you to arrange reshipment or provide the necessary information for delivery.
- Reshipping Fee: You’ll need to cover the cost of reshipping the order.
- Orders will be held for up to 28 days at our facility. After that, storage fees may apply if no action is taken.
To prevent issues, please double-check your delivery address and ZIP code before placing your order. If you notice an error, email us immediately at Info@foreverblueshirts.com with the subject line “Address Update for Order: [Order Number]” to make corrections.
Lost in Transit
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please:
- Check the tracking information and wait 2-3 days, as notifications can sometimes be premature.
- Contact your local postal service for updates.
If your order still hasn’t arrived after these steps, email us at Info@foreverblueshirts.com with your order number, tracking number, and delivery address. Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
